The Chicago Polymer Clay Guild is excited to announce our Spring 2026 workshop
FAUX WAX BATIK by PAVLA ČEPELÍKOVÁ. Please join us for this two-day Zoom event.
Faux Wax Batik
Explanation of the whole process of Faux Batik Technique step by step. How to plan the design, how to make beautiful patterns, how to work with colors, how to frame the batik design with interesting framing, how to finish your pieces nicely, how to hang pendants and earrings.
This will be a recorded workshop so there will be a chance to stop and work periodically throughout the process. The instructor will not be available for questions but she does have a Facebook group for support after the class.
There will also be a lunch break both days.
Registration
These Zoom-only workshop will be held Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2026, from 10am to 5pm with a lunch break both days. Registrants will be provided with a supply list and Zoom link upon receipt of paid registration. The workshop is recorded for paid participants and will be available after the workshop.
- Both days: $140 for CAPCG members, and $165 for non-members (which includes a one-year CAPCG membership).
